Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end architectural design, development, and implementation of complex SAP CPQ solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise architectural standards.

- Develop comprehensive strategies, standards, and governance frameworks for CPQ solutions, encompassing product design, pricing, quoting, and contract generation processes.

- Drive the integration of SAP CPQ with critical enterprise systems, including SAP ERP (ECC/S/4HANA) for order management, pricing, and master data, and Salesforce CRM for sales processes and customer data.

- Translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable, and high-performance technical solutions within the SAP CPQ platform.

- Provide expert technical advisory and pre-sales support, including solutioning, effort estimation, and presenting architectural blueprints to stakeholders.

- Establish and enforce development processes, coding standards, and best practices for SAP CPQ implementations to ensure quality, maintainability, and scalability.

- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

- Proactively identify and resolve complex technical challenges related to CPQ implementations, demonstrating a curious mind and a strong desire to learn new technologies.

- Collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and external partners, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.

- Maintain enthusiasm and commitment to deliver projects on time, within budget, and with the highest quality standards.

- Work effectively within a scaled agile environment, participating in ceremonies and contributing to iterative development cycles.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise :

- 10+ years of overall experience in software development, with a significant focus on enterprise application architecture.

- 5+ years of hands-on, in-depth experience specifically with SAP CPQ (Callidus), including configuration, scripting, and customization.

- 7+ years of overall experience in designing, implementing, and supporting CPQ solutions.

- Demonstrated expertise in architecting, implementing, and supporting enterprise-grade technical solutions that meeting complex business requirements.

- In-depth experience in developing strategies, standards, governance, and development processes for large scale enterprise applications.

- Proven experience integrating CPQ solutions with SAP ERP (S/4HANA, ECC) and Salesforce CRM.

- Excellent analytical, conceptual thinking, strategic planning, and execution skills to drive organizational change.

- Strong desire to learn new things and a curious mind, with a passion for emerging technologies and continuous improvement.

- Enthusiasm and commitment to deliver projects on time with high-quality outcomes.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

- Strong experience working in a scaled agile environment (SAFe, LeSS).

- Any SAP CPQ or other relevant certifications (Salesforce Architect certifications) are highly preferable.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
