1. Production Tracking & Reporting:

  - Monitor and track the daily production process, providing real-time updates on progress.

2. ERP Data Management:

  - Input and manage production data in the ERP system (Zoho ERP) to ensure accurate tracking.

  - Generate reports from the ERP system to assist the Production Manager in decision-making.


3. Coordination with Departments:

  - Act as the central point of communication between the production, procurement, and quality control teams.

  - Ensure that delays, material shortages, or quality issues are communicated promptly to the appropriate teams.

  - Maintain clear documentation of communications and follow-up actions.


4. Production Schedule Management:

  - Assist in developing and managing production schedules, ensuring adherence on the shop floor.

  - Track deviations and report them to the Production Manager for timely adjustments.

  - Maintain updated timelines and milestones for ongoing production orders.


5. Inventory & Material Management:

  - Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of materials and prevent shortages.

  - Track inventory levels and report discrepancies to the relevant departments.

  - Support material planning activities to align with production schedules.


6. Production Efficiency Monitoring:

  - Analyze and report on production efficiency, helping to identify areas for process improvement.

  - Ensure production runs are optimized to meet customer deadlines and minimize waste.

Key Skills & Qualifications:


- Educational Background: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Production, or a related field.

- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in production planning, coordination, or a related role in a manufacturing setup.

- Technical Skills:
