Description :Key Responsibilities :- Lead end-to-end ownership of technology projects from requirement gathering to deployment.- Manage and mentor software engineers, ensuring adherence to best practices in coding, architecture, and DevOps.- Collaborate with Product, Analytics, and Business teams to translate business needs into scalable tech solutions.- Ensure high availability, performance optimization, and data security across all platforms.- Evaluate and integrate new technologies to enhance platform capabilities.- Manage external tech vendors and ensure timely project delivery.- Track project progress, manage resources, and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.Requirements :- Bachelors/masters degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.- 6+ years of experience in software development and architecture- Strong understanding of APIs, data pipelines, and system integrations.- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and agile development.- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.- Exposure to analytics, SaaS, or retail tech platforms is a plus.
