The Group’s nationwide footprint, 24×7 discipline, and speed of execution complement RMT Engineering’s build-ship-scale technology charter—giving clients a powerful services + technology engine.Role: -Own and scale new logo acquisition in ME/APAC for IT services, Software Products/Solutions.You will: -· Build & lead Direct sales & inside sales for the assigned Geography· Understand the market and produce the differentiators of the RMT Products· Identify and open doors to new organizations and create partnerships in the select geographies· Generating Leads, Prospects, Proposal crafting and closing deals· Achieve Sales targets as assigned month-on-month basis· Run weekly pipeline reviews and monthly MBRsWhat you bring· Bachelors’/Masters’ Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field· 8–10 yrs proven international sales in IT services, product /solution sales with multi-million-dollar deals.· Strong understanding of global markets and industry trends· Excellent communication and negotiation skills· Ability to work independently and as part of a team· Hands-on with Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce/HubSpot, etc.· Executive storytelling, commercial design, and strong proposal craft.How to apply (staged plan, no logos in docs):· Easy Apply with resume + 1–2 pages listing top 6–8 deals (anonymized): industry, region, TCV/ACV, scope, cycle time, your role, sourcing channel, win story.· If shortlisted → Basic Plan (2-3 pages) before Round-1: 30/60/90 outline + first 3–4 months’ revenue commit with funnel math (and 12-month view).📩 Interested candidates can share their CV at nishtha.kharbanda@radicalminds.net
