About the RoleWe’re looking for adata-driven, strategic, and growth-minded Revenue Managerto take charge of our pricing and yield optimization strategy. You’ll play a key role in using data tomaximize revenue, identify new market opportunities , and help RivetStays expand across Ontario and beyond.What You’ll DoDevelop and execute data-driven pricing strategies to optimize occupancy and revenue. Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and booking patterns usingPriceLabsand analytics tools. Conductnew market researchto identify emerging opportunities and expansion areas. ⚙️ Adjust rates and stay requirements dynamically to match market demand. Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to align pricing with promotions and availability. Create actionable revenue reports and forecasts to guide business decisions.
