Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Outbound Sales Specialist located in Pune. The Outbound Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, conducting outbound sales calls, and maintaining excellent customer service. Daily tasks include identifying potential clients, pitching our products and services, following up on leads, and maintaining detailed records of interactions and sales activities. The Specialist will work closely with the sales team to achieve performance targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in outbound sales and lead generation
  • Comfortable with cold calling and initiating client conversations
  • Strong sales skills with the ability to pitch effectively and close deals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment
  • Prior experience in the software industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
