The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading and managing the recruitment process working closely with the Delivery Head. They ensure that the company attracts, hires, and retains the best talent while improving and innovating recruitment strategies. The role involves strategic planning, team management, and collaboration with various customers to meet their staffing needs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Forecast hiring needs based on business growth and workforce planning.
- Monitor and analyze workforce trends and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop job descriptions and specifications in collaboration with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage job postings across various platforms and job boards. Screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.

Education and Experience:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., PHR, SPHR) are a plus.
- Experience: 13+ Years of Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a managerial role.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR software, and recruitment tools. understanding of Recruitment roles, employment laws, and industry trends.
