The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading and managing the recruitment process working closely with the Delivery Head. They ensure that the company attracts, hires, and retains the best talent while improving and innovating recruitment strategies. The role involves strategic planning, team management, and collaboration with various customers to meet their staffing needs.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

  • Monitor and analyze workforce trends and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop job descriptions and specifications in collaboration with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

  • Experience: 13+ Years of Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
