Job Description:

The role will be responsible for governing key organisational metrics and for program managing critical HR interventions across the board. This will be a people manager role, managing off-roll HR analysts as their reportee. The role holder must have a firm grasp of data analytics to proactively identify critical developmental areas and devise initiatives to manage the same, end-to-end.


Job Responsibility

  • Utilise large data, revolving around HR processes, to identify current or future business challenges, and arrive at solutions that ensure business continuity and efficiency
  • Conduct periodic analyses of critical metrics (HR and Business) and relevant data to identify trends and early warning signs
  • Create and maintain standardised dashboards and flash reports to relevant stakeholders periodically
  • Develop and maintain HR databases, systems, and reporting tools to ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Critically evaluate current processes and metrics to arrive at areas of improvement, from a process, policy and design standpoint
  • Partner with stakeholders to manage and improve metrics around employee productivity, availability, attendance, discipline etc
  • Conduct data analysis to identify successful and unsuccessful HR practices, and provide suggestions for improvement
  • Counsel and train HRBPs and ground Ops managers on best practices around data maintenance and conduct periodic ground audits on the same
  • Design, devise and implement HR improvement projects to alleviate people-related pain points for operations
  • Identify success metrics of projects and partner with relevant teams to ensure implementation of key projects, with a focus on communication plan and its execution
  • Govern and administer implementation (end-to-end) of HR projects, including but not limited to employee availability, engagement, compliances etc.
  • Partner with the HRBP team to create, monitor and maintain a centralised repository of employee grievances
  • Partner with HRBP and relevant stakeholders to ensure employee grievances are being addressed on time, and hold leaders accountable for any breaches in the TAT

Preferred profiles

  • 3 to 5 yrs HRBP exp as data analyst and project manager
  • Experience in working with large-scale data
  • Degree in data science/certification in data analytics
  • High proficiency in Excel, Power BI or Tableau
