Job Title: Recruitment Manager - Contract LabourLocation: Sakinaka MumbaiDepartment: Human Resources / RecruitmentSalary : up to 7 LPAAbout the Role:We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to oversee the hiring and management of contract labourers across various project sites. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in contract staffing, vendor coordination, compliance, and workforce management.Key Responsibilities:- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for contract labourers, including sourcing, screening, onboarding, and deployment. - Coordinate with project heads and site supervisors to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely fulfilment. - Handle third-party vendors and maintain records of labour supply contracts, renewals, and documentation. - Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory norms, and company policies. - Maintain an updated database of all contract workers, attendance, and wage records. - Coordinate with the HR and Accounts teams for payroll inputs, attendance validation, and payment processing. - Conduct periodic site visits to monitor attendance, performance, and worker welfare. - Address and resolve any grievances or issues related to contract manpower. - Prepare and share manpower reports, dashboards, and MIS with management.Qualifications & Experience:- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or related field. - Familiarity with Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, wage laws, and statutory compliance. - Strong coordination and communication skills. - Proficiency in MS Excel and basic HR software.
