This role will not only own the end-to-end hiring cycle but will also be accountable for implementing and enforcing the recruitment structure and systems we are building — including trackers, playbooks, and standardized processes. He/ She will also lead a team of recruiters and ensure that hiring goals are consistently met.Key Responsibilities (KRAs)-Requirement Gathering & Status UpdatesWork with business leaders/Function teams to understand hiring needs. Translate requirements into clear JDs and search & sourcing strategies. Provide regular status updates using the structured reporting model. Ensure every open role is tracked against defined priorities (P0, P1).-Team Leadership & PerformanceLead and mentor a team of recruiters. Set daily/weekly hiring targets and ensure accountability. Track productivity metrics (# reached out, # connected, # shortlisted, interviews, closures).-Process & Structure AdherenceEnsure consistent use of recruitment trackers and reporting dashboards. Standardize HR screening, interview evaluation, and closure processes. Drive a culture of discipline and data-driven decision-making.-Sourcing & Search OptimizationBuild and refine outbound searches on platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and Apna. Optimize sourcing strategies for both blue-collar/entry-level and mid-level functional roles. Lead campus drives and high-volume hiring initiatives.-Stakeholder & Candidate ManagementAct as the bridge between business leaders and recruiters. Negotiate timelines, manage expectations, and ensure consistent stakeholder communication. Drive offer negotiations and joining ratios.Skills & Competencies-TechnicalBoolean search & outbound sourcing across portals Excel/Google Sheets (pivot, funnel tracking, daily reporting)-Non-TechnicalData-driven approach and structured thinking Team management and mentoring skills Strong negotiation and closure ability Stakeholder management with senior business leaders-Exposure/ExperienceRecruitment across Sales, Service/Customer Success, and Operations roles Experience in entry-level/blue-collar hiring Proven track record in high-volume and niche hiring
