Job Title:Recruitment Manager - Contract Labour Location:Sakinaka Mumbai Department:Human Resources / Recruitment Salary : up to 7 LPAAbout the Role: We are seeking an experiencedRecruitment Managerto oversee the hiring and management ofcontract labourersacross various project sites. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in contract staffing, vendor coordination, compliance, and workforce management.Key Responsibilities:Manage theend-to-end recruitment processfor contract labourers, including sourcing, screening, onboarding, and deployment. Coordinate withproject heads and site supervisorsto understand manpower requirements and ensure timely fulfilment. Handlethird-party vendorsand maintain records of labour supply contracts, renewals, and documentation. Ensurecompliance with labour laws , statutory norms, and company policies. Maintain an updateddatabase of all contract workers , attendance, and wage records. Coordinate with the HR and Accounts teams forpayroll inputs, attendance validation, and payment processing . Conduct periodicsite visitsto monitor attendance, performance, and worker welfare. Address and resolve anygrievances or issuesrelated to contract manpower. Prepare and sharemanpower reports, dashboards, and MISwith management.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or related field. Familiarity withContract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act , wage laws, and statutory compliance. Strong coordination and communication skills. Proficiency inMS Exceland basic HR software.
