The role will focus on planning, executing, and optimizing high-performance campaigns acrossGoogle Ads and Meta Adsto accelerate both customer acquisition and retention. You’ll be responsible for budget management, targeting, A/B testing, retargeting, and mapping complete user journeys. Experience ine-commerce marketing and app marketing(with tools like Clevertap or similar) is a must. Strong technical skills inpixel setup, GTM/Gtag, and campaign tracking are essential. You’ll collaborate closely with sales, design, and product teams to launch unified campaigns that deliver strong ROI and long-term impact.Paid Advertising & Campaign Management Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns acrossGoogle Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram). Manage budgets, targeting, and A/B testing to maximize ROI. Analyze campaign data and prepare reports with actionable insights. Map and optimize user journeys — from acquisition to retention. Set up pixels, GTM/Gtag for accurate tracking. Run high-performing campaigns for e-commerce, including product listings on Google and Facebook. Execute app marketing campaigns with tools like Clevertap (or similar). Run in-app marketing and retargeting campaigns to engage inactive users. Manage remarketing funnels to boost conversions. App Marketingvia push notifications to boost engagement and conversions.Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with sales, design, and product teams to launch unified and high-impact campaigns.Preferred Skills Hands-on experience withHotJaror similar tools to understand user behavior and optimize funnels.Must Haves 3-7 years of experiencein paid marketing or performance marketing roles. Hands-on experience inconversion tracking, campaign setup, and optimizationacross ad platforms. Strong knowledge ofGoogle Analytics. Proven experience working in thee-commerce industry. Experience inproduct listing adsfor Google and Facebook. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and optimize campaigns for growth. App Marketing experience via push notifications is a must.
