Role OverviewWe are looking for a Team Lead – Influencer Marketing to own the end-to-end management of our influencer marketing function. This is a high-responsibility role requiring a proactive, hands-on professional capable of leading a small team while driving campaigns, client relationships, and growth initiatives. As a startup, the role is dynamic, and responsibilities may evolve as the company scales.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a small team of influencer marketing professionals, ensuring task completion, accountability, and high-quality execution. Build systems to monitor and enhance team performance.
- Hands-On Execution: Step in to support or complete tasks when required, ensuring smooth campaign delivery.
- Campaign & Content Management: Develop, plan, and execute influencer marketing campaigns, including content strategy, scriptwriting, shoots, and creative production.
- Client Management: Own client acquisition, onboarding, retention, and ongoing relationship management. Represent Artemedy professionally to clients and brands.
- Creator Management: Identify, acquire, and manage influencers for campaigns and long-term collaborations, including ongoing engagement and relationship management.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall brand goals.
- Strategy & Growth: Ideate and execute growth strategies, optimizing influencer marketing processes and results.
- Reporting & Analysis: Track campaign performance, measure results, and provide actionable insights to improve future initiatives.
- Startup Mindset: Adapt and take ownership of emerging responsibilities as the startup grows and evolves.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an influencer marketing agency, with demonstrable experience in campaign management, influencer relations, and client handling.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to think strategically while executing operational tasks efficiently.
- Hands-on experience in content planning, scripting, and creative production.
- Comfortable working in a small team, wearing multiple hats, and taking ownership of end-to-end processes.
