About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished and well-connected Head of Marketing Partnerships – Pan India to spearhead our strategic relationships with leading advertising, media, and marketing agencies across India's top metro markets.

This is a high-impact leadership role that demands strong industry credibility, proven networks, and the ability to shape strategic alliances that drive business growth and brand visibility. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional, equally adept at strategy, relationship-building, and execution, with a deep understanding of India's marketing and advertising ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnerships: Establish and strengthen high-level partnerships with leading advertising, media, and marketing agencies across Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, and Kolkata.
  • Revenue Leadership: Drive new business opportunities and long-term growth through strategic agency collaborations and brand partnerships.
  • Market Positioning: Position the company as a preferred partner by leveraging strong industry networks and delivering innovative marketing solutions.
  • Agency & Brand Engagement: Build strong relationships with CXOs, CMOs, Marketing Heads, Media Directors, and Brand Custodians at agencies and client organizations.
  • Leadership & Mentorship: Lead and guide regional marketing partnership teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Industry Influence: Represent the organization at industry forums, award functions, and networking events, enhancing visibility and credibility across the marketing landscape.
  • Business Insights: Stay ahead of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to recommend new opportunities and strategies.

Key Requirements

  • Experience: 12–18 years of progressive experience in Marketing, Strategic Partnerships, Business Development, or Agency Leadership.
  • Network Strength: Strong, active, and credible relationships with top advertising and marketing agencies across India's major metro cities.
  • Proven Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading high-performance teams and delivering measurable business growth.
  • Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of the advertising, media, and marketing ecosystem with a track record of managing large-scale partnerships.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, influencing, and negotiation skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively across metros to manage key relationships and opportunities.
