Are you passionate about solving problems and being a technical expert for enterprise level customers? Well, join our team of expendables. We help customers with infra design study for product deployments, scalability/performance recommendations, product upgrades, patching hotfixes, troubleshooting issues and triaging with internal stakeholders and more importantly, wear the customer hat to guide engineering and product teams to enhance product quality and growth direction. Automation is a key growth area and that's icing on the cake.

What will you be responsible for ?

The role offers you the opportunity to be part of the journey to solve industry problems around Network operations. You also get the opportunity to work and meet with Network Architects and Directors of Fortune 100 companies.

- Accountability in handling customer issues and driving them to closure.

- Being a technical expert in product upgrades and hotfix lifecycles.

- Effective troubleshooting and logical reasoning.

- Ability to handle escalated situations efficiently.

- Scale as an individual contributor quickly.

- Excellent collaboration skills and a team player.

- Knowledge base maintenance and contribution by creating documents for new issues faced.

- Strives for automation either by coding or by leading and influencing developers to build systems that are easy to run in production.

- Open to work in a 24-7 environment

- Willing to work from Coimbatore location.

What do we require ?

- 3-4 years of hands-on experience with Linux (various distributions) and Windows Server environments.

- 3-4 years of experience in Networking, Security, and Certificate Management platforms.

- Strong background in managing, deploying, and applying hotfixes/patches for applications and web services.

- 2+ years of experience working with Kubernetes for container orchestration and management.

- Experience working with NoSQL databases (MongoDB preferred).

- Practical knowledge of shell scripting or Python for automation and troubleshooting

- Experience in Cloud environments such as AWS and Azure.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Good verbal and written communication skills for effective customer and stakeholder interaction.

- Certifications such as CCNA, Network+, RHEL, AWS, or Azure are preferred..
