Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at Yhataw Realty in Chandigarh. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, negotiating and closing deals, and meeting sales targets. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute effective marketing strategies, conduct market research, and stay updated with industry trends.


Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry and market trends
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Having 1+ years of Real Estate Experience
