Qualifications:
Education: B. Tech / B.E In Engineering; additional MBA preferred
Experience: 4-7 years of experience with Proven track record of success in inside sales. 2+ years’ experience selling Digital Engineering Services to U.S. and European customers
Domain Knowledge: Domain knowledge in Digital Engineering Services (Must Have)
Vertical Knowledge/Experience: Automotive, EV, Heavy Engineering, Industrial and Oil and Gas, Hi-Tech, SaaS companies, ISVs
Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools.
Self-motivated & goal-oriented.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Knowledge of Digital Engineering services and outsourcing concepts is a plus.
