We specialize in sourcing top-tier IT professionals for full-time, contract, and project-based roles across the U.S. As part of our expansion, we're looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team and drive client acquisition and strategic partnerships.

What You'll Do

  • Identify, engage, and secure new client relationships in the IT staffing space.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies via LinkedIn, cold outreach, networking, and referrals.
  • Build relationships with HR leaders, hiring managers, and decision-makers.
  • Negotiate and close contracts for staffing services.
  • Expand our vendor and partner network with IT consulting firms, independent recruiters, and agencies.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends and uncover new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to align on delivery strategies.

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience in IT staffing, recruitment sales, or business development.
  • Proven success in client acquisition and relationship management within IT recruitment.
  • Strong network in HR, talent acquisition, and technology hiring.
  • Skilled in lead generation, contract negotiations, and closing deals.
  • Understanding of U.S. hiring models (W2, C2C, contract, full-time).
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
