Key Responsibilities Engage with potential learners through calls, chats, and online sessions. Understand their career aspirations and recommend the right DataMites programs. Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead conversion to enrollment. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to maximize conversions. Ensure exceptional learner experiences with proactive follow-ups. Achieve and exceed targets with performance-linked, no-cap incentives . Who You Are Energetic, ambitious, and passionate about education and technology. Strong communicator with persuasion and relationship-building skills.
