Inside Sales Specialist

Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in lead generation, qualification, and setting up client meetings to drive business growth. If you are a people person with excellent communication skills and a knack for building relationships, we’d love to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting & Outreach – Make 50-60 daily outbound calls to engage potential clients, spark interest, and build strong professional relationships.
- Lead Qualification – Identify decision-makers, assess client needs, and update an accurate database to track progress effectively.
- Meeting Coordination – Schedule and facilitate meetings between qualified prospects and the sales team, ensuring seamless handovers.
- Reporting & CRM Management – Maintain thorough call records and provide detailed daily updates using CRM tools to inform strategic decisions.
- Team Collaboration – Partner with marketing and business development teams to align outreach efforts for optimized success.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Fluency in English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and email communication.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
