Key Responsibilities of Role

  • Regular Review of Financial Progress of All Companies
  • Systematically analyzing the financial performance, identifying trends, comparing results against goals, and highlighting areas for improvement.
  • Ensures financial objectives are met and corrective actions are taken to optimize growth and profitability.
  • Compliance Report Review
  • Reviewing reports to ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Identifies compliance gaps and ensures corrective measures are in place to mitigate risks.
  • Key RFP & Tenders Review
  • Evaluating significant RFPs and tenders for viability, strategic alignment, and financial feasibility.
  • Ensures wise resource investment and prioritization of high-potential opportunities.
  • Key Financial Matter Evaluation
  • Analyzing data, weighing risks and benefits, and providing strategic recommendations.
  • Supports effective decision-making and maintains financial health.
  • Synergy Within the Sector
  • Promoting collaboration and alignment among companies or teams.
  • Enables resource optimization, sharing of best practices, and improved efficiency.
  • Fosters innovation and a unified approach to common goals.
  • Risk Register & Mitigation Plan
  • Maintaining a comprehensive risk register to identify, document, and monitor potential risks.
  • Implements mitigation plans to minimize impact and ensure operational stability.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Educational Qualifications:
  • CA / MBA / CFA with 5–10 years of experience
  • Desirable:
  • Experience in SAP environment

  • Experience in financial analysis and evaluation
  • Background in Credit Rating agency
