We're looking for a dynamic, strategic, and creative Brand Manager to help us strengthen, scale, and elevate our brand presence across the country.

What You'll Do
- Brand Strategy & Vision – Define and execute brand strategies, style guides, and guidelines, ensuring alignment with our vision, mission, and long-term goals.
- Campaign Leadership – Plan, lead, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across print, broadcast, digital, and social media platforms.
- Content & Storytelling – Craft compelling brand narratives and manage the creation of promotional content and collateral.
- Market Insight – Conduct competitor and trend analysis, identifying opportunities and anticipating future market shifts.
- Budget Management – Oversee budgets for advertising and promotional activities to ensure maximum ROI.
- Event Management – Organize and execute product launches, exhibitions, photoshoots, and brand events.
- Performance Tracking – Measure, analyse, and report campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaboration – Work cross-functionally with Digital, Business Development, and other teams to deliver consistent, impactful brand communication.
- Stakeholder Engagement – Advise internal and external partners on brand direction and best practices.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in brand management, brand communications, or related fields (cosmetics, beauty, fashion, or advertising agency experience preferred).
- Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication, creativity, organizational excellence, and a knack for storytelling.
- Expertise: Strong knowledge of marketing, public relations, and digital communication channels.
- Mindset: Highly motivated, detail-oriented, innovative, and adept at multitasking in a dynamic environment.
- Analytical: Ability to conduct market research, interpret results, and apply insights to strategies.
- Leadership: Ability to prioritize, influence stakeholders, and drive brand growth initiatives.
