Brand Manager

This individual will be responsible for developing brand strategies, marketing plans, and product innovations to drive product growth. They should feel comfortable working cross-functionally to execute these strategies and ensure brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and lead Emmvee's brand strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's vision
and objectives.
• Manage the brand's voice, identity, and consistency across all touch-points, including
digital, print, and experiential platforms.
• Analyze consumer insights, market trends, and competitor strategies to shape branding
decisions.
• Collaborate with product development, sales, and marketing teams to integrate branding
into product launches and promotions.
• Develop and oversee all brand communications, campaigns, and partnerships.
• Protect and manage the reputation of the brand in crisis situations.
• Monitor and measure the effectiveness of branding strategies through KPIs and brand
equity metrics.
• Lead a team of brand strategists and designers, providing creative direction and ensuring
brand adherence.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in brand management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and creative thinking skills.
• Proven ability to build brand strategies that drive business growth.
• Expertise in digital marketing and social media strategies.
