What you'll do:

  • Develop, strategize and execute campaign across all CRM channels (push, email, SMS, WhatsApp).
  • Create, test and deploy bilingual CRM campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring on-time delivery.
  • Contribute to the development of customer segmentation strategies, ensuring communications are relevant and personalized.
  • Execute A/B and multivariate testing across channels to optimize key metrics such as CTR, open rates, and conversions.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices for CRM communication frequency, personalization, and customer experience.
  • Support the development of automated and triggered communications to drive CLTV and customer retention.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve future communications.
  • Perform competitor analysis and stay up to date on competitor campaigns for benchmarking.
  • Work closely with Product team to facilitate Martech initiatives and upgrade CRM capability.
  • Collaborate with trade, content, and marketing teams to align CRM activities with broader commercial objectives.

What you'll need?

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years' experience in CRM communications or marketing automation in fashion retail ecommerce industry.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms such as Braze, MoEngage, CleverTap etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience in data analysis and segmentation to drive targeted and personalized campaigns.
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS for email template customization and landing page optimization.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
