Job Summary: We are looking for a CRM Specialist & Account Manager to drive customer engagement, revenue growth, and strategic OEM partnerships . This role requires expertise in AI-driven CRM insights, account planning, market research, and sales forecasting . The ideal candidate will ensure long-term relationship management, upselling & cross-selling initiatives, and data-driven decision-making to maximize customer satisfaction and profitability . Key Responsibilities:

Market Research & Industry Intelligence Conduct market research on semiconductor & OEM companies , identifying customer trends, competitive landscape, and revenue expansion opportunities . Utilize Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Google Alerts , and industry reports to track industry trends and competitor movements . Analyze historical customer engagement data to develop data-backed CRM strategies for key accounts.

Customer Relationship Management & Engagement Develop and implement structured methods to gather customer insights before formal engagement , ensuring data-driven account management . Segment customers based on business revenue impact, retention potential, and growth opportunities . Build long-term relationships with OEM clients , ensuring high-touch engagement models .

Revenue Growth, Upselling & Cross-Selling Identify and execute cross-selling strategies within major OEM accounts (e.g., bundling services, pricing segmentation). Implement upselling initiatives using customer usage data analytics, buying patterns, and behavioral segmentation . Drive customer lifetime value (CLV) and revenue growth through targeted account expansion strategies .

Strategic Planning & Execution for OEMs Develop 6-month and multi-year growth plans to expand business opportunities with customers/clients.Align with engineering, procurement, and operations teams to optimize customer engagement and contract execution . Leverage AI-powered CRM tools to identify hidden revenue opportunities and predict account churn risks .

CRM Data Analytics & AI-Driven Insights Use Salesforce, SAP, HubSpot, Power BI, and AI-powered CRM platforms to generate customer insights. Track and optimize key CRM metrics, including: Revenue Growth Customer Retention Rate (CRR) Net Promoter Score (NPS) Upsell & Cross-Sell Conversion Rates Profit Margins & Cost Optimization

Operational & Financial Management Ensure accuracy & timeliness in timesheet management, purchase orders, and contract renewals . Collaborate with finance teams to track account profitability, P&L forecasting, and financial modeling . Implement automation-driven workflows to optimize CRM operations and reduce processing inefficiencies . Qualifications & Experience: Must-Have: 6+ years of experience in CRM, Sales Operations, or Account Management (preferably in the semiconductor, AI, IoT, or wireless technology sectors). Experience working with OEMs (Qualcomm, Sony, Motorola, etc.) and handling long-term enterprise account growth . Proficiency in CRM & ERP platforms (Salesforce, SAP, HubSpot, Power BI, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator) . Expertise in upselling, cross-selling, and customer lifetime value (CLV) optimization . Strong stakeholder management & cross-functional collaboration experience (Sales, Finance, Engineering, and Operations teams). Data-driven mindset with experience in AI-powered CRM analytics & predictive sales forecasting .
