- Business Analysis & Requirements Management- Lead end-to-end business analysis activities for strategic projects, from ideation to delivery.- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand goals, processes, and system requirements.- Gather, document, and manage business, functional, and non-functional requirements.- Develop detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), and Use Cases.- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and focus groups to validate and refine requirements.- Solution Design & Implementation Support- Translate business needs into process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.- Work closely with product managers, architects, and developers to design scalable and practical solutions.- Support testing teams in preparing UAT scenarios, validating results, and ensuring solution alignment with requirements.- Evaluate solution impacts on business processes and systems; drive continuous improvement initiatives.Stakeholder & Project Management:- Serve as the primary liaison between business, product, and technology teams.- Manage multiple projects with cross-functional dependencies and tight deadlines.- Provide status reports, requirement traceability matrices, and project documentation.- Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.Leadership & Mentoring:- Lead and mentor a team of business analysts, providing guidance on best practices and methodologies.- Promote standardization of BA frameworks, templates, and documentation.- Support capability development through knowledge sharing and process improvement initiatives.Required Qualifications & Skills:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.- 8-12 years of experience as a Business Analyst, including at least 2-3 years in a lead or senior role.- Strong expertise in business requirement gathering, process mapping, and documentation.- Experience working in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall project environments.
