**Day -to
- Day responsibilities include. -**
- Making phone calls to customers, clients, or potential customers or clients on behalf of a company or organization.
- Gathering information, promoting a product or service, or making a sale.
- Recording the details of the calls and updating the database or CRM system.
- Handling customer queries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Achieving the targets and goals set by the management.
- Answering calls and resolving queries about product or company.
- Planning & Execution of daily activities of your reporting authorities.
- Coordination, Follow-up & obtain the information/data on time.
- Support Business Development Team Members.

**Requirements**:

- Good command over English Communication.

**Qualification Required** : Intermediate or Degree.

**Experience Required** : 2 to 4 years

**Work Location : Khazaguda, Gachibowli**
