  • To undertake the resource allocation / planning recruitment to achieve targeted business
  • growth within defined expense budget in alignment with laid out business practices
  • Maintenance of overall business compliance standards
  • Training of all agents / employees takes place periodically


QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Graduate or Post Graduate
  • Insurance Qualified (Preferred) – ( Associate, Licentiate, Fellow)
  • Minimum 9 - 14years of Sales / Distribution experience out of which last three years should be leading a zone or a regional level sales responsibility in the General Insurance sector.

  • Multi-tasking ability, Strategic thinking, Demonstrative leadership abilities, Strong Motivator, Ability to integrate oneself at multiple level.
  • Hands-on knowledge about the competitive scenario, practices followed in retail distribution of Insurance & other financial products .
