This role will involve providing technical expertise to support the sales team, helping to convince clients on the technical aspects of services, and ensuring customer satisfaction through solution design, documentation, and support during deployment.The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of cloud services, data center infrastructure, and security, along with excellent communication and customer handling skills. The position demands hands-on experience with IT infrastructure services, including private and hybrid cloud solutions, virtualization, network, and data security.Key Responsibilities :1. Solution Architecture & Design :- Architect and propose comprehensive IT infrastructure solutions, including data center consolidation, cloud (public, private, and hybrid), virtualization, and security solutions.- Design solutions for infrastructure as a service (IaaS) based on customer requirements and analyze cost-effective options.2. Sales Support & Customer Engagement :- Partner with the sales team to understand client needs and provide technical solutions that address customer business challenges.- Build trusted advisor relationships with customers by understanding their business and technology requirements and providing tailored solutions.- Participate in customer meetings, demonstrations, and proofs of concept (PoC). RFX, Proposal, and 3. Documentation :- Manage and respond to RFX (RFI/RFP/RFQ) processes, ensuring compliance with bid requirements and preparing price proposals.- Create and maintain technical documentation, solution diagrams, proposals, and presentations for both internal and customer-facing use.4. Cross-functional Collaboration :- Collaborate with enterprise architects, delivery teams, and partners to develop robust, scalable, and high-performing solutions.- Coordinate with the support and service teams to address client queries and ensure smooth solution implementation during deployment phases.Technology Expertise :- Stay up to date with industry trends, new technologies, and competitor offerings in the cloud and IT infrastructure space.- Provide technical consultancy on cloud infrastructure, backup, disaster recovery solutions, network security, and hybrid cloud solutions.- Maintain strong post-sales relationships to ensure client satisfaction and assist in any escalations.- Provide ongoing consultancy and support to optimize client IT infrastructure performance.Required Skills :- Deep technical understanding of IT Infrastructure, including Data Centers, Cloud (AWS, VMware), Virtualization, Networking, and Security.- Expertise in backup and disaster recovery solutions like Acronis Cyber Protection and Commvault.- Hands-on experience with IaaS, private and hybrid cloud deployments, and data center infrastructure services.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Strong leadership and team management abilities.Education & Certifications :- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.- Relevant certifications in cloud solutions, security, and data center technologies are a plus.
