Position Overview:

As the Managing Director, you will set the direction and ensure alignment with the company’s goals, focusing on profitability, operational efficiency, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve the company's vision, growth targets, and operational efficiency.
  • Lead and oversee all business functions, including operations, finance, sales, and marketing, to ensure integrated and streamlined processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and government entities, to support business development.
  • Ensure adherence to industry regulations and standards, emphasizing quality and safety across all operations.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the organization.
  • Analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.
  • Manage budgets, oversee financial performance, and drive cost-effective measures to enhance profitability.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in the automotive industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record in strategic planning, business development, and leading large teams.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
  • Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic business environment and manage complex challenges.
