About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Managing Director. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of the Managing Director's office and plays a key role in driving efficiency and strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Calendar and Travel Management:
- Manage the Managing Director's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Ensure efficient travel logistics, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
- Prepare itineraries and briefings for upcoming trips.
- Communication and Information Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for the Managing Director, screening calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Manage the Managing Director's inbox, prioritizing and responding to communications as appropriate.
- Prepare clear, concise, and professional correspondence, presentations, and reports.
- Project and Task Management:
- Anticipate the Managing Director's needs and proactively manage projects and tasks.
- Conduct research and gather information to support the Managing Director's decision-making.
- Follow up on action items and deadlines, ensuring smooth project completion.
- Office Management:
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and support.
- Maintain a professional and organized office environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or related role.
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Excellent communication, written and verbal, with impeccable grammar and spelling.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
- Discreet and professional demeanor with the ability to maintain confidentiality

Additional Info-
- Office Timings- 9.30 to 6.30 pm
- Alternate Saturdays are working full day.
- All Sundays off.
