In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with key stakeholders to enhance the employee experience, lead engagement initiatives, and support core HR operations across designated teams..Key Responsibilities:Employee Engagement & Experience (Primary Focus)● Design, implement, and track engagement initiatives aligned with company culture and employee needs.● Drive pulse surveys, analyze feedback, and collaborate with stakeholders on actionable improvements.● Organize events, celebrations, wellness programs, and other cultural activities across teams.● Partner to align engagement with learning and development goals. ● Act as a trusted advisor to assigned business units on people-related matters.● Work with managers to resolve employee concerns, conflicts, and performance issues. ● Support organizational changes, team restructuring, or role transitions.HR Operations & Support● Support onboarding and offboarding experience for employees in your aligned teams. ● Partner with internal HR teams on performance reviews, policy awareness, and recognition programs.● Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and statutory requirements.Key Requirements:● 3-5 years of experience in HR - Employee Engagement, or similar HR roles.● Proven experience in designing and executing employee engagement activities or campaigns.● Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport across teams and levels.● Analytical mindset to interpret survey data and engagement metrics. ● Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and balancing priorities.● Bachelor's or master’s degree in human resources or related field preferred
