We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to drive sales and business development for hydraulic and mechanical presses.


Role & responsibilities


  • Techno commercial Proposal Submission as per customer requirement.
  • Enquiry generation, Product Presentation and Technical & Commercial discussions with customer..
  • Organized and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.
  • Preparation of reports & Meeting regular sales targets & record and maintenance of client contact data.
  • Responsible for representing the product to customers and at field events such as conferences, exhibition and seminars, etc.


Preferred candidate profile


  • 8-20 years' experience in sales of capital equipment/Industrial machinery/Metal Forming / Metal Cutting machines
  • Experience and familiarity of products and line of business such as Mechanical & Hydraulic Presses, Machine Tools, Special Purpose Machines. Contacts with users in Automotive Industry.


Qualifications & skills prerequisite:


  • Able to understand & respond to functional and technical elements of customer requirement.
  • Able to establish and maintain strong long term relationships with customers.
  • Knowledge of Commercial aspects in industrial Sales/Capital Equipment.
  • Open to learning while working & improving the competencies regularly for overall organizational+ personal growth.
  • Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally in written responses to emails, RFPs, and when submitting reports.
  • Travel throughout sales territory for enquiry generation.
  • Proposal preparation, Tender participation, well versed with MS Office, Excel & Power point.
  • Degree(Mechanical)-throughout should be minimum 60%
