old Feedpro Group, which has an annual turnover exceeding Rs. 1,250 million.
Headquartered in Greater Noida, Cravicious Foods aims to disrupt the non-veg frozen foods products market by leveraging its farm-to-fork supply chain and through its ‘Good Chicken Promise’, wherein the company will provide healthier chickens handpicked from our farms, free from antibiotic residue, artificial flavours, and preservatives.
The company is led by professionals with a combined experience of 30+ years and is developing a healthy work

professionally.
Job Description
The ideal candidate will have experience of building (including product listing and sales promotion) and managing
sales on E-commerce platforms such as BlinkIt and Zepto. The person will be required to manage & scale up
ecommerce activity, revenue, execute digital strategies for increasing the product demand, and ensure continuous
online growth. An outstanding sales manager will be someone whose expertise translates into increased brand
awareness and profitability.
Job Responsibilities:
- Set-up and Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce and marketplace channels, including quick commerce such as BlinkIt
- Ensuring timely inventory updates and sales forecasting by working closely with SCM and production team
- Executing an ecommerce sales strategy to acquire and retain customers
- Maintaining price parity across all active channels
- Maintaining active channels account health and ensuring on-time fulfilment of orders
- Work with marketing team in raising catalogue requirements whenever required
- Sales reporting by analyzing fulfilment and sales by SKU, city, platform etc.
- Ensuring monthly and quarterly targets are met
- Managing search ad and other campaigns
- Reduce returns and RTO % and track other delivery metrics
- Managing superlative growth by expanding the market with a strong focus on business development
Role Requirements:
- Must have 3+ years of experience in e-commerce sales with a Food or FMCG brand
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
