Role Description

Akashdeep Enterprises is seeking a full-time Telesales Representative for our on-site location in Gurgaon. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and identifying new sales opportunities. The role involves building relationships with customers and providing guidance and assistance to them throughout the sales process.


Qualifications

  • Prior experience in telesales, customer service, or a related field
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is preferred
