Key Responsibilities:
- Refine and oversee brand positioning and messaging to ensure market relevance and consistency.
- Enhance brand equity and drive consumer loyalty through impactful marketing campaigns.
- Develop and execute strategies for customer acquisition.
- Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives and market trends.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and innovation across product categories.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business goals and revenue targets.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including advertising, promotions, and events.
- Monitor campaign performance and ROI, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results and achieve KPIs.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and stakeholders to support marketing initiatives.
- Manage agencies and marketing suppliers.
- Develop annual and quarterly forecasts and budgets.
- Generate management reports and explore new techniques and channels to enhance brand awareness, traffic, conversion, and ROI.
- Lead content expansion efforts and work closely with the sales team to boost brand salience.
- Implement strategies for customer engagement and organic reach, including word-of-mouth campaigns.
- Drive personalization strategies to increase engagement and develop organizational capabilities for member acquisition and talent creation.
- Select and manage agency performance as needed.
- Set goals for the sales division, conduct quarterly reviews, and align individual goals with business priorities.
- Implement systems to enhance team efficiency.
Effective Planning and Relationship Management:
- Conduct market research to understand customer behavior and trends.
- Collaborate with product development, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Develop and implement ATL/BTL/Digital marketing strategies to support business objectives.
- Oversee promotional campaigns, PR efforts, and other marketing activities to boost brand awareness, conversion, and ROI.
- Manage marketing budgets in alignment with company goals and foster relationships with key partners, vendors, agencies, and media outlets.
- Nurture and manage the lead funnel from generation through to conversion.
Team Enhancement and Motivation:
- Train, mentor, and manage the marketing team.
- Cultivate a culture of evaluation, learning, and optimization.
- Collaborate with the sales team to enhance brand salience and set up digital content distribution channels for unified brand messaging.
- Ensure effective campaign delivery to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and drive sales growth.
- Develop strategies for customer engagement through email, WhatsApp, and other tools, and drive organic reach.
KPIs:
- Primary KPIs: Revenue & ROI
- Secondary KPIs: Conversion rate (in coordination with the Sales team), Brand reach, and engagement.
- Establish review templates for effective monitoring and detailed monthly performance tracking.
Skills & Experience:
- 8-15 years of proven leadership experience in a senior marketing role.
- Expertise in BTL, ATL,Brand Marketing & Digital Marketing.
- Experience managing teams across various channels (Pharma/OTC/FMCG/Digital).
- Background in consumer marketing with an entrepreneurial mindset is ideal.
- In-depth knowledge of current marketing tools and techniques.
- Preferably an MBA from a premier business school.
Base Location: Coimbatore (with potential relocation to a metropolitan city after 8-11 months)
