This role is tailor-made for someone who thrives on data, experimentation, and ROI-driven marketing someone who can translate budgets into measurable growth and optimize every click for performance.Key Responsibilities1. Google Ads & Paid Media Execution ● Plan, execute, and manage high-performing campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max. ● Develop keyword strategies and ad structures that maximize reach and conversion efficiency. ● Continuously optimize campaigns for CPC, CTR, ROAS, and lead quality. ● Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, creatives, and landing pages. ● Implement precise conversion tracking and analytics through Google Tag Manager and GA4.2. Budget Planning & Optimization ● Own the end-to-end media budget — planning, allocation, pacing, and ROI optimization. ● Forecast performance outcomes and provide data-backed recommendations to leadership. ● Identify high-performing channels and reallocate spend for maximum impact. ● Ensure efficient cost per lead (CPL) and continuous improvement in return on ad spend (ROAS)3.
