Why we need you:.

- We are looking for an experienced Vice President (VP) of Marketing to direct and oversee our Marketing department.

- You will design, implement and monitor effective marketing strategies that align with our business goals.

- Our ideal candidate has a solid Marketing background and work experience managing a variety of promotional projects end-to-end, including paid advertising campaigns and digital marketing techniques.

- Our VP of Marketing will report directly to the CEO and will oversee internal Marketing teams.

- You should also play a significant role shaping the company's strategic planning.

- Ultimately, you should be able to ensure that the Marketing department's activities contribute to our company's long-term success.

Roles & Responsibilities:.

- Design and review the Marketing department's budget.

- Monitor all marketing campaigns and improve them when necessary.

- Priorities marketing projects and allocate resources accordingly.

- Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics for the CEO.

- Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth.

- Provide guidance and ideas to organize effective marketing events.

- Forecast hiring needs for the Marketing department.

- Track competitors' activities.

- Gathering project requirements from stakeholders.

- Organizing user stories to priorities client requests.

- Conducting marketing campaign reviews and gathering customer feedback.

- Keeping track of project timelines and budgets.

- Codifying marketing workflows to increase team efficiency.

- Enhancing collaboration between cross-functional teams and marketing team members.

- Ensuring resources are well allocated for successful project delivery.

- Developing and implementing change management in digital marketing projects.

- Assessing, managing, and mitigating digital marketing risks.

- Oversees all stages of the project lifecycle.

- Manages project risks and shortfalls.

- Direct and effective communication with the client ensures proper understanding of the client's requirements and enables the effective assignment of tasks to team Proven work experience as a VP of Marketing, Marketing Director or other senior role.

- Proven 5+ years of experience preferably in the real estate industry.

- Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills.

- Ability to think strategically and drive results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
