- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as paid search, social media, display advertising, and email marketing.

- Monitor campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet KPIs.

Data Analysis and Insights:.

- Utilize analytics tools to analyze performance data and provide actionable insights.

- Create and present regular reports to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and performance trends.

Budget Management:.

Team Collaboration:.

Market Research and Competitor Analysis:.

- Stay informed about industry trends, conducting market research, and analyzing competitor strategies.

- Use insights to identify opportunities and areas for improvement in the performance marketing Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- Advanced degree is a plus.

- Proven 5+ years of experience; preferably in the real estate industry.

- Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
