Why we need you:


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team, focusing on property resale in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, coupled with a deep understanding of the Bangalore real estate market. This role requires frequent travel within Bangalore to effectively market and sell properties.


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct market research to understand the dynamics of the Bangalore real estate market, including trends, pricing, and demand in different areas.
  • Develop and maintain a network of potential buyers and sellers within the Bangalore real estate market.
  • Identify potential properties for resale, assess their market value, and negotiate favourable deals for both buyers and sellers.
  • Coordinate property viewings, inspections, and negotiations between buyers and sellers.
  • Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the resale process, including legal and financial aspects.
  • Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to create effective strategies for promoting properties and attracting potential buyers.
  • Keep abreast of market changes, competitor activities, and regulatory developments affecting the real estate industry in Bangalore.
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
  • Follow up with customers and understand their requirements.


Requirements:


  • Proven 2 + experience in real estate sales, with a focus on property resale.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Bangalore real estate market, including key areas, property types, and pricing trends.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-oriented approach.
  • Flexibility to travel frequently across Bangalore for property viewings and client meetings.
  • Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements related to property transactions in Bangalore.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
