L&H Sales Operations Team Leader

If yes, here is your opportunity to be part of Swiss Re’s growing L&H Sales Operations Team across APAC.For this role, you are encouraged to have in-depth understanding about insurance and reinsurance products and markets. You will deliver timely and accurate business-processing as well as administrative and technical support to Market Units and Cross Functional teams.Your responsibilities will have a direct impact on productivity, process efficiency, timeliness, profitability and accuracy of the end-to-end process. Main tasks/activities/responsibilities of the team
Primary responsible for delivering accurate and timely service to Client Managers and for ensuring data accuracy in the following areas: Quote OnboardingDeal Lifecycle Monitoring & Handling (Quote to Treaty)Treaty SetupOpen Treaty Review Process supportContract drafting supportClient interactionReporting and KPI monitoring for stakeholdersTesting and improvement proposalsMore expertise in reinsurance/market know – howInvolvement in trainings and projectsYour role as Team Leader:Managing one of the market assignedWorkload allocationPerformance management Talent development and retentionEnhancing engagement and attrition managementChange management – implement and work on change acceptance in the teamContributes to regional projects/initiatives.Stakeholder management – relationship, feedback, escalationDeputy for Regional Head (Senior Team Lead)Drives at least 1 strategic topic on department level (Senior Team Lead)Mentoring less experienced TLs (Senior Team Lead)
About You/ Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in Re-Insurance industry. Understanding of Southeast Asia market is added advantageExperience working in Reinsurance Admin team or equivalent function handling Quote administration and Treaty Execution process. Ability to read, analyze and interpret contract termsGood understanding of Reinsurance value chain process, such as Actuarial, Finance, Underwriting, Contract and Accounting teamUnderstanding of Operational Risk Management (ORM) and Risk and Control Self-Assessment Framework (RCSA) is an added advantageEye for details. Analytical and problem-solving skillsExpertise on Business applications and able to analyze gaps and suggest solutionsCommendable business communication skills, both verbal and written and cross-cultural understandingWell versed on MS Office tools.
