The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and executing comprehensive performance marketing strategies to drive business growth and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs). Your role involves overseeing digital campaigns, optimizing channels, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective implementation of marketing initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.- Identify key growth opportunities and provide insights into market trends and consumer behavior.

Campaign Management:

- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as paid search, social media, display advertising, and email marketing.- Monitor campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet KPIs.

Data Analysis and Insights:

- Utilize analytics tools to analyze performance data and provide actionable insights.- Create and present regular reports to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and performance trends.

Budget Management:

- Develop and manage performance marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.- Optimize spending to maximize return on investment (ROI) across different marketing channels.

Team Collaboration:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages the sharing of ideas and best practices.

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):

- Lead initiatives to improve website and landing page experiences for optimal conversion rates.

SEO and Content Strategy:

- Collaborate with content teams to develop SEO-driven content that supports marketing goals.- Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search visibility.

Market Research and Competitor Analysis:

- Stay informed about industry trends, conducting market research, and analyzing competitor strategies.- Use insights to identify opportunities and areas for improvement in the performance marketing landscape.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.- Proven 5+ years of experience. preferably in the real estate industry.- Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms.- Excellent leadership and communication skills.- Ability to think strategically and drive results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
