ServiceNow Business AnalystExperience: 6+ YearsLocation: PuneAbout the Role:We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our B2B IT organization, which focuses on telecom industry solutions and B2B business operations in Germany. This role involves defining and managing business requirements across the entire value chain, aligning them with IT transformation initiatives and strategic objectives.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in telecom B2B processes, ServiceNow solutions, and a strong understanding of end-to-end portfolio management. Experience collaborating with international stakeholders—especially in Germany—is a significant advantage.Key Responsibilities:- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for B2B portfolio initiatives. - Collaborate with portfolio managers and architects to align business needs with technical solutions. - Support end-to-end process design, customer journeys, and solution blueprints. - Act as a liaison between business, IT, and delivery teams to ensure requirement clarity and traceability. - Ensure adherence to governance frameworks, quality standards, and compliance requirements. - Identify opportunities for process optimization and contribute to continuous improvement.Required Skills & Experience:- Minimum 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role in telecom projects. - Strong understanding of telco B2B operations, wireline connectivity, BSS/OSS, and portfolio management. - Experience delivering end-to-end ServiceNow solutions (TMT, OMT, or SOM modules preferred). - Familiarity with Agile/SAFe methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence. - Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills. - Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Telecommunications, or related field.Preferred Qualifications:- Experience working with European (especially German) stakeholders. - Knowledge of telecom-specific challenges such as order management, service delivery, and operational efficiency. - Exposure to leveraging AI in business analysis or automation contexts.
