Servicenow Developer

We are seeking a talented ServiceNow Developer with expertise in CSM (Customer Service Management), ITSM (IT Service Management), and integrations. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification, and a proven track record of delivering CSM solutions that drive business value.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow CSM (and ITSM) module to meet business requirements.
• Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and Integration Hub.
• Configure the Virtual agent flows, customer portal, custom widgets, Email to ticket etc.
• Customize, configure, and optimize workflows, business rules, and UI policies in ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow modules and integrations.
• Stay current with ServiceNow best practices, new features, and upgrades. Requirements

Experience: 5+ years in ServiceNow development, focusing on CSM (and ITSM) modules.
• Certification: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required. Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API) Hands-on experience with integrations (REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server) In-depth understanding of CSM and ITSM processes and configuration Familiarity with Service Portal and custom application development is a plus Analytical Skills: Able to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Collaboration: Effective communication and teamwork skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Nice-to-Have Additional ServiceNow certifications (CAD, CIS-CSM, Integration Hub, or related) Experience in Agile/Scrum project environments Exposure to other ITSM/CSM platforms or CRM systems
