The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building workflows, integrations, and custom applications that drive business efficiency.Key Responsibilities:- Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.). - Develop custom scripts, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts. - Work on integrations using REST/SOAP APIs. - Participate in requirement gathering, technical design, and implementation. - Ensure platform stability, performance, and best-practice coding standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.Required Skills:- 3–6 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development. - Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and Glide APIs. - Experience with Service Catalog, Workflow, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub. - Familiarity with ITIL processes and ServiceNow best practices. - Good analytical and problem-solving skills.Good to Have:- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Developer certification. - Experience in domain separation, CMDB, or custom app development.Interested candidates can apply or share profiles at deepika.balijepally@eminds.ai.
