About the Role

As a Bench Sales Recruiter / Business Development Manager, you will oversee the entire recruitment process, from placing candidates to negotiating contracts and building vendor relationships. This role requires a strong sales acumen, excellent negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the US recruitment landscape.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete sales cycle, including sourcing candidates, submitting resumes, negotiating rates, and closing placements.
  • Develop and maintain a network of American vendors to ensure swift and efficient candidate placements.
  • Identify, qualify, and submit candidates for suitable job openings while managing communication throughout the interview process.
  • Maintain a database for tracking purposes; generate reports to assess progress and performance.
  • Employ negotiation skills to secure the best rates and terms for candidates and clients.
  • Utilize job portals like Monster, CareerBuilder, and Dice to identify and attract top talent.
  • Stay current with industry trends and maintain a technical background relevant to the positions being filled.
  • Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills, fostering relationships with clients and candidates alike.
  • Maintain organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in bench sales recruitment and business development.
  • Proven success in working with US-based vendors and clients.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and recruitment processes.
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
