Job Overview:
As a Bench Sales IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the bench candidates (IT professionals who are not currently on a project) and finding suitable opportunities for them within client organizations. You will also be involved in lead generation, client communication, and closing deals for bench resources, playing a critical role in helping the company maintain a steady stream of project placements.
Key Responsibilities:

Bench Candidate Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage bench candidates, ensuring they are well-prepared for placement opportunities.

Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential clients (US-based and domestic) who require IT resources and proactively generate leads for placing bench candidates.

Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their project requirements and staffing needs.

Job Requirement Analysis: Analyze client job requirements and match them with available bench candidates based on skills, experience, and qualifications.

Negotiation & Contract Management: Negotiate rates and terms with clients, ensuring competitive and profitable placements for the bench resources.

Placement Coordination: Manage the entire placement process for bench candidates, from identifying job openings to coordinating interviews and onboarding.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, client requirements, and staffing demands to ensure that bench resources are aligned with current market needs.

Follow-up and Reporting: Provide regular updates on the status of bench candidates, placement progress, and sales metrics to senior management.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of candidate profiles, job placements, contracts, and other key documents.

Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters, account managers, and HR teams to ensure smooth candidate placement and project execution.
Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in IT recruitment, bench sales, or a similar role within the staffing industry.

Bench Sales Knowledge: Strong understanding of bench sales processes, including managing bench candidates and placing them on client projects.

Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of IT technologies and job roles, with a focus on high-demand areas like software development, testing, data science, and cloud technologies.
