Must have conducted email, call or chat audits, and have knowledge of different feedback mechanisms (Sandwich model, GROW model, etc.). Must have strong knowledge of customer service, culture sensitization, first contact resolution, interpersonal skills, etc. No observable errors in grammar and pronunciations.
