We are looking for a **Voice & Accent Trainer** to enhance communication skills, refine pronunciation, and instill confidence in our sales professionals engaging with UK clients. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the linguistic and cultural proficiency of our team, ensuring seamless and impactful customer interactions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct **voice & accent training** sessions with a focus on UK pronunciation, intonation, and speech clarity.
- Develop and implement **interactive training programs** for effective customer engagement.
- Provide **one-on-one coaching** to enhance fluency and reduce MTI (Mother Tongue Influence).
- Train teams on **UK cultural nuances, idioms, and business etiquette** for better rapport-building.
- Assess and track trainee progress through **mock calls and real-time feedback.**:

- Work closely with the **sales leadership team** to align training objectives with business goals.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in **voice & accent training** (UK process preferred).
- Strong knowledge of **phonetics, articulation, and vocal modulation techniques.**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in **sales coaching** or working with sales teams is a plus.
- Ability to design engaging and interactive training materials.

**Experience**:

- 2 years total (preferred)

**Location**:

- Commute: New Delhi (preferred)
- Relocate to New Delhi before starting (preferred)

Work Location: In person

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
