Role Overview

We are seeking an AI Automation & Analytics Specialist who will lead initiatives in building automation solutions, analytics dashboards, and insights-driven tools across the firm's core practice areas. This role requires a curious problem-solver who thrives on innovation, translates business needs into automated solutions, and creates impactful analytics for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analytics Development
  • Design and implement analytics models and dashboards to track, visualize, and interpret data.
  • Build frameworks that deliver actionable insights for partners, clients, and internal teams.
  • Enable real-time reporting and process transparency for transaction-related activities.
  • AI & Automation Projects
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows (document review, financial modelling, compliance tracking, due diligence, etc.) using AI-driven tools and process automation.
  • Design, test, and deploy automation solutions that improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Innovation & Problem-Solving
  • Act as an innovation catalyst—constantly researching, experimenting, and proposing new ways AI/analytics can enhance client advisory and internal operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Legal, Secretarial, People Operations) to scope, pilot, and scale AI-led solutions.
  • Stay ahead of emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks relevant to transaction advisory.

  • Strong foundation in data analytics, business intelligence tools, and automation platforms.
  • Exposure to financial, legal, or compliance-related processes is a plus.
  • Curiosity-driven mindset with the ability to connect dots across diverse business domains.
  • Comfort with project ownership, managing end-to-end automation/analytics initiatives.
  • Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder communication, and documentation skills.
